Reservation Commitment

When a room is reserved for specific dates, it is exclusively held for the guest. This often results in turning away other bookings, therefore cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Operational Reasons

Staffing, resources, and services are planned based on confirmed reservations. Last-minute cancellations disrupt operations, so refunds are not possible.

Fair Treatment

To ensure fairness for all guests, the No Refund Policy applies uniformly to everyone.

In cases of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, you may contact our team. Although refunds cannot be processed, a credit for future stays may be considered at the management’s discretion.
